We have had 2 pretty significant repairs needing to be done with in weeks of eachother and the staff at Kayser Chevrolet has been fantastic. Making sure we had a vehicle that fit our family and taking all of the stress off of us. I'm am so thankful for this company.

The general experience was very good. The only "complaint" I could generate is with scheduling. Being directed to a scheduling "department" only introduces delays in the process. When speaking directly with a service writer I can have the process of scheduling done in just seconds. When speaking with a person in the scheduling "department" it can take as long as 5 minutes. I'm better off stopping in and scheduling in person with a service writer.

The dealership is always great. I do wish it was easier to schedule pick up and drop off for locals who work from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. It can be difficult at best.

Didn't have all the parts the first time I came down and didn't realize it until I had been waiting for 30 minutes, so had to make two special trips down as it is 45 minutes from my house. Nothing was said or done to make up for this error on their part.
