1. My service tech. did not call me in a reasonable time to inform me of my car’s diagnostic. I had to call to find out the first day & then a different service tech told me what was wrong with my vehicle & that they wouldn’t get to repair it until the next day. 2. When I called the next day to learn more about my car’s diagnostic it seemed like an inconvenience to him to explain it to me over the phone. He said, “It’s all written on the paperwork.” 3. I’m grateful that you had a loaner car for me to use. It seems you’ve increased your fleet of loaner cars for customers. 4. When I went to pick up my vehicle the second day, the service tech. didn’t tell me where my car was. I asked him & he replied, “If it’s not out front, then it’s parked on the side” & he pointed to the side of the parking lot by the fence. Then I saw my car.
