A week ahead of the appointment, I mentioned the in addition to the oil change, I'd like them to rotate the tires and investigate what I was starting to get cupping and vibration from the rear left side of the car. The team did the oil change and said they didn't want the left rear to go to the front. And that they have a promotion to buy 3 tires and get the forth for a dollar. But they chose not to try to figure out what the cause was for the vibration. Telling me they would look at it after they put on new tires. I'm a retired guy. On a fixed income. So throwing away tiers that could last me to the end of summer, isn't in my best interest. I took my vehicle to a garage and the associate said he had time to figure out the cause with out selling me 4 tires I don't need yet.

Very efficient prompt oil change service! Love my Buick Encore! I asked that my front passenger underseat storage drawer be reinstalled (put back under the seat so I can use) this was not done correctly so the drawer moves in and out easily. I love this hidden drawer feature about my Encore. I use it to store sun glasses, eye glasses, my wallet and other items.

Low tire pressure sensors were fine. Then they rotated tires and now they all read bad and beed to be replaced? For 600. No light was on till you guys switched tires. When I come in next I will not work with corey e. He is not helpful at all. Your other dealership kayser ford has tire rotation included in oil change. It's not another 20 charge there.

I had an oil change done on Thursday. On Friday on my way home from a mini vacation a bracket broke on my hose to my engine. I called and was able to stop same day. Corey was great. He waited and attached the hose for me as well as explained some things about what had happened. I really, really appreciate their help!

Was easy to get an appt. I actually got a same day appt which worked out great. On my way to the appt I got delayed and called them and told them I would be a few minutes late do they want me to reschedule but was told that would be fine. I was pleased I didn't have to reschedule. As soon as I pulled in Jeremy came out the door. We have seen Jeremy for years and he is always so nice to deal with. I was told that I had one Tire sensor that was bad. It would cost 130 to replace it. I did tell him I had bumper to bumper coverage but was not told if that covered that or not? I would like to know if my coverage would cover a replacement sensor in that tire?

Bought the 2021 Tahoe three weeks ago and have an issue with the steering wheel feeling wobbly and moving when I’m on uneven or bumpy roads. Been to the service department twice and second time I had to pay 178 dollars out of pocket for them to tell me they found nothing. Not only had the problem not been resolved but I had to spend cash on nothing even when I have a bumper to bumper warranty. Not satisfied or pleased with my purchase as of yet.

They did a good job on the oil change. When I scheduled the appointment I had told them they needed the big hoist to lift the truck to rotate the tires. They told me when the truck was done they couldn't rotate them because they couldn't lift the truck because the big hoist was being used for something else. I made the appointment 2 and a half weeks before to makesure I was able to get both the oil change and tire rotation done.

Everything went very well when they put new tires on our car. A couple of days before we came up we had to put our spare tire on. They said they were gonna put it back in the trunk with the jack and everything and when I got home, it wasn’t all put together. I would’ve thought they could’ve had it all back in the back of my trunk the way it came out. They were very friendly, but I thought they should’ve done what they said they were going to put it back in and have it put away.
