Everything went very well when they put new tires on our car. A couple of days before we came up we had to put our spare tire on. They said they were gonna put it back in the trunk with the jack and everything and when I got home, it wasn’t all put together. I would’ve thought they could’ve had it all back in the back of my trunk the way it came out. They were very friendly, but I thought they should’ve done what they said they were going to put it back in and have it put away.

My wife had a full brake job done on her vehicle after a couple weeks started getting a really bad noise took it back and diagnosed it with a broke or cracked rotor replaced and took care of everything

Cold, Cold Winter weather, is painful! On your body and sometimes your finances. Some are inevitable. Like replacing your truck battery in WI winter. Imagine this, you haven’t worked in a month, and you’re finally going back to work. You get all cleaned up. Cleared with your employer that you’ll be reporting to work. You jump into your reliable and generally well serviced personal vehicle, only to hear the dreaded….”wuuurrhhh…..wuurrh…..wurh…wu…clickickick….” A DEAD battery…. Well, shoot. Placed a call to Kayser Chevrolet to see if I could get a battery, they accommodated me in my emergency and resolved the issue with great speed and efficiency. Again, great Service! Thanks Jeremy. And I don’t want to forget the assistance over the phone from another service person. His name escapes me, I want to acknowledge his willingness to accommodate changing my appointment. Thank You to Kayser Chevrolet. I think a lot of good service comes from both sides being respectful and direct, keep up the good work!

I got to say the Service Department impressed me, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation the service guy on duty the AM of 02-07-2026 came to me and said it was unnecessary at this time to rotate the tires, with that you build trust and that you are not out to just to do the work and take the money. I am a longtime customer and will remain a longtime customer with service like that. Thank you for the excellent work you do!!

Kayser Sauk City Service did an amazing job servicing my 2016 C7 Z06 Corvette. I had immediate concerns with my Corvette and they got me scheduled right away and got me back on the road the very next day! In addition, they kept my Corvette indoors during a bad weather overnight event which I so much appreciated. Five Stars!!!

It was my first oil change and tire rotation. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was met by a technician. He took the key fob and I went to the waiting room. Thanks to internet access I was able to catch up on emails and reading the newspaper on line. In less than an hour the technician returned my key fob and told me everything was done and checked. What more could I ask for.

I went in to get a a tire with side wall damage checked out to see if it was safe to drive on or if it could be repaired or if it should be replaced. They checked and said it needed to be replaced. They ordered the tire, called me the next day when it got in, and scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. I arrived on time for my appointment. Within an hour my tire was replaced and I was on my way. Great local hometown service.
